Here are the rules of the challenge:
1 – Follow A Diet:
You must follow a diet that aligns with your fitness goals. It can be a specific meal plan or a general healthy eating plan. The diet is one area that you can play around with but remember you have to be disciplined!
2 – No Cheat Meals
You cannot have any cheat meals, cheat snacks, or cheat days during the 75 days. This one is tough. Most diets allow you a cheat day or at least a snack to quench your cravings.
3 – Drink A Gallon Of Water
You must drink one gallon (3.78 liters) of water every day. This can be spread out throughout the day. It is not as easy as it sounds!
4 – Exercise Twice A Day
You must exercise twice a day for at least 45 minutes per session. One of the sessions must be outdoors. This means rain or shine, winter or summer.
5 – Read 10 Pages
You must read 10 pages of a non-fiction/self-help book every day. This could be a great opportunity to learn something new or maybe think of a new business idea! The 75-Day Challenge for both mind and body.
6 – Take A Progress Photo
You must take a progress photo every day. Remember that this challenge is to better yourself, you do not have to share your pictures with anyone. Mind you, if you get in great shape, you might want to share those photos!
7 – No Alcohol Or Cheat Days
You cannot have any alcohol or cheat days during the 75 days. This rule can extend to no drugs, no smoking and basically avoiding anything that is unhealthy for the mind and body.
